1) Roll up strap tightly.
2) Starting at the front just below the knee, wrap clockwise around knee until fully covered.
3) Coming around from the back above the knee, wrap diagonally over the knee.
4) Coming around from the back below the knee, wrap diagonally over the knee.
5) Wrap around above the knee again, then tuck the end under one of the diagonals securely.
Note: Amount of wraps around the knee may vary with leg size.
